my stay at la quinta was great! the staff was super friendly, and the room was clean and cozy. i loved the nice amenities and the location was perfect, close to shopping and dining options. plus, they allow pets up to 75 lbs, which was a bonus for us.

Had a lovely stay here! Staff greeted me warmly at check-in. Room was exceptionally clean, and you could tell the housekeeping team takes pride in their work. The bed felt fresh, and linens were crisp. Location is convenient for shopping, as it’s right near the outlets. Coffee in the morning was decent but not great. Air conditioning struggled a bit on a hot day, but it wasn't unbearable. On the downside, the hall noise really disrupted my sleep. Doors slammed frequently, which was annoying. Preferred more soundproofing. A couple of bottled waters in the room would’ve been a nice touch too. But I'd certainly return because the cleanliness and friendly staff made up for the inconveniences!

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. After a long drive, we arrived late at night only to find out that our reservation was not in their system, despite having received multiple emails confirming it. To make matters worse, there were no available rooms, forcing us to scramble for another place to stay. This caused us additional stress and unexpected expenses for food and travel, all because of poor management.

The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for my business needs. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the outlets, making it an ideal choice for business travel with shopping opportunities.

I loved the cozy feel of my room. it was so clean, I felt like I was in a luxury stay! The staff went out of their way to help me and made every interaction feel special. And the location? Perfectly situated next to some fabulous shopping and dining options.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a long day. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was seamless. However, I did notice some noise from other guests which could be improved for better comfort.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham Mercedes Outlet Mall. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the common areas were inviting. The accessibility features made it easy for me to move around comfortably.
